How do you deliver your services — virtually or in person?
All services are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, Canopy, and email, with scheduled video calls and secure file sharing.
Bookkeeping Services
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We primarily QuickBooks Online and Canopy CRM platform.
Can you clean up our books from previous months or years?
Yes. We offer Cleanup Services for messy or outdated books and can help get everything up to date before starting regular services.
How often will I receive financial reports?
Clients receive monthly reports including the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, with optional visual dashboards depending on the tier for which they are paying.

What’s a Fractional CFO, and how is it different from a bookkeeper or accountant?
A Fractional CFO provides high-level financial strategy — forecasting, scenario modeling, pricing guidance, and business planning — without the cost of hiring a full-time CFO.

Pricing & Engagement
How do you price your services?
Bookkeeping and accounting services are % of gross revenue based on tiered service chosen.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We offer flexibility. While some services (like coaching) might have a 3-month minimum, most engagements can be structured to meet your timeline and come with a 60 –day written request for termination from either us or you.
What’s included in the free 30-minute consultation?
We’ll talk through your needs, review any challenges you're facing, and recommend next steps. It’s designed to provide value — not a sales pitch.
Security & Communication
How do you keep my financial data secure?
We use Canopy, a CRM platform designed for accounting needs, for encrypted document exchange and messaging.
How do I communicate with your team?
Communication is handled through email and your client portal in Canopy. You’ll also have access to meeting scheduling via Calendly and/or Payhip bookings sites.
